[Retrospective] SiteSpect datacenter traffic re-routed

Between 9:32am and 9:38am, 9:44am and 9:48am, 9:57am and 10:04am EST,  SiteSpect's CHG POP started experiencing degraded performance. We have taken steps to mitigate the issue.

During this period of time, site visitor’s would have experienced some additional latency, or been re-routed to the next most optimal SiteSpect Cloud POP, within 1 to 30 seconds.

There is no disruption to Control Panel functions, or to the integrity of the campaigns. Please reach out to helpdesk@sitespect.com if you have any questions.
