We are writing to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance for SiteSpect's Product Recommendations solution.
On Tuesday, March 18, 2025, at 8pm Eastern time, we will be performing some maintenance on the platform during which time the platform will be offline for approximately 15 minutes. This maintenance will only affect the availability of the Product Recommendation solution; the Testing and Optimization solution will remain fully operational. After the maintenance period, all functionality and any running recommendations will be restored automatically.Please let us know if you have any questions.
