We are writing to inform you of upcoming scheduled maintenance for SiteSpect's Product Recommendations solution.
On Thursday March 23, 2023, at 9pm Eastern time, we will be performing some maintenance on the platform during which time there will be minimal impact to the performance and functioning of the platform. This maintenance will only affect the availability of the Product Recommendation solution; the Testing and Optimization solution will remain fully operational. After the maintenance period, all functionality and any running recommendations will be restored automatically. Please let us know if you have any questions.
